Assessment — Attitude Awareness Test: Ethics & Integrity

Professionals in the commodity & energy markets have to cope with their environment, which is competitive and could be stressful, amongst others due to peak pressure and the capital involved. Next, the right ethical framework is required, fitting the corporate culture. At all times, one has to act with integrity. Misconduct, including financial crime, should be prevented. All employees in the markets need to be aware of sensitive information and how to handle it. Everyone needs to know when or which information can be qualified as inside information and what the consequences are of such.
