This test concerns Social Emotional Psychological Research (SOSIE), by publisher Pearson. The assessment is based on modern research and provides insight with which psychological preferences the candidate is active in the workplace. The SOSIE avoids side issues and can be compared to the Big Six. This test answers the question “Who are you as professional?” Conformity, altruism, perfectionism, perseverance, eagerness to learn, leadership and resistance to stress, are examples of the twenty items of the SOSIE.
When to apply the SOSIE? It is recommended to be used if the candidate is decisive in leading a team or when there are questions about a so-called cultural fit.
