Short description
Analyse the electricity merit order.

You act in the role of analyst, or dispatcher.
Task
Your task is to analyse the gross operational margin of each facility and compare these on a relative basis with each other. Try to identify what factors (and how these factors/to what extend they) impact the marginal cost of power generation.
Objective
The aim of this simulation is to familiarise with marginal cost levels of different power generating facilities, each with their own specific physical characteristics (or different levels of sophistication).
With this simulation you learn how electricity supply curves appear and what factors influence this curve.
